Axis Bank — money debited though transaction is incomplete

Sir, Iattempted to withdraw Rs 500 from AXIS BANK ATM(sainathpuram, hyderabad using INDIAN BANK ATM CARD on 29/1/19. however, transaction was incomplete as there was powercut at that moment. So i made another transaction later when power was there. but money was debited from my account even for incomplete transaction. i hereby attach relavent ministatement. i request axis bank to kindly do the needful
