Axis Bank — Money deducted and not returned into my account (Fraud bank)

I have used my debit card in a restaurant where my money was deducted but they denied to accept any money from my side.
My money was deducted more than one time within a two days.
I have fill the dispute form more than three times but there is no response from customer care (Mumbai branch) as well as bank in ahmedabad.

All time they just copy and paste the same template of apologize to me.
This is very frustrating to me now.
Now its almost 20+ days and there is no positive feedback from bank or customer care guys.

****This is very fraud bank i have in my whole career.*****

I tried 4 time withdrol from axis bank atm but cash not withdrol and my ime code is 9543 valid for period 11/01/2017 plz support me to withdroll my cast, imt for 2200 rs and my imt code is 9543

Amazon has mailed me that it has credited some money in my Account. Sale Transaction is 019101 and Refund Reference is#75260827004011091677787.But refund is still pending. It is not credited in my account by your bank.Please tell the status. Early action shall be highly appreciated.
