[Resolved]  Axis Bank — money deducted but did not reach the beneficiary

Reference : axis bank account no. — [protected]
Name of the account holder : hemant kumar jha
Amount deducted : rs 4000
Date : 07 july 2019 (Sunday) ; time : at around 3.49 pm


Transaction was done through paytm money app via axis bank upi.
Rs 4000 was deducted from the above account, but the beneficiary did not receive the money.

On the paytm money app, it is shown "transaction failed"
Trasnaction id : p-mf-miras-k[protected]

Kindly return the amount (Rs 4000) to my axis bank account ([protected])
