      I have submitted my application and all other documents on april 2019 to open a salary account in your mangan branch at north sikkim and later i have received the application number through sms.

      Still my account is not yet activated,
      And i didn't find any web page of axis bank to get the status of my application.

      This is the following message which i received :

      When i tried to track the application i didn't find the option in axis web.

      Please help me to activate at the earliest.

          Today i. E. On 09 july 2019, ₹1000 was debited from my account with

          What does this mean? If my account is closed where is my deposited amount?

            When I make payment using axis bank net banking.. amount debited from my bank account but not credited in my wallet.. Reference no:[protected]
            My account closed on 5 july. the account has money 3500 rupees.how do i get back money. is there any chance to use the current account.
            Axis doesnt give any warning message and suddenly closed my asap account.
            How much amount axis collects from asap customers.
            too annoying and emrassing.

              On my recent visit to axis bank baner branch dated 9/07/19 at around 2:00 pm i approached one teller who directed me to a table pointing his finger without even listening to what i have to say. When i went to the table and spoke to the banker she very rudely said that she is new and then yelled the same at me when i asked her to issue me a bank statement on the letterhead of the bank for official purpose and then again yelled at me to go to some other counter.

                I took a credit card in 2007 from axis bank and at that time because of some financial issues, i couldnt pay the dues properly. But tha bank offered a settlement and i paid. My credit card limit is only 10k. After doing the settlement, no one have reached me through any means for the outstanding. At that time even cibil was not very popular. I had no knowledge of it. After 11 years when i recently checked my cibil report, there is an outstanding of 6150 showing as outstanding for that cc. When i approached the bank to settle and clear my cibil, they said the card is permanently deactivated. Now after continuous emails to their customer care, they have told me to pay 1lac + as cibil masking charges and still they will not be able to give me no dues certificate. I really dont understand the reason and breakup of these charges. They are not providing any clarity as well and asking me to pay this to remove the records from cibil.

                  I am using axis bank buzz credit card and as per policy after one year o[censored]se and i spent the amount i am eligible for the flipkart gift voucher of 1500 rs.
                  For this i called customer care 7 times but evertime they are saying technical issue.. Please help in this... One of their senior executive vimal chandra from hyderabad provided me request no - old[protected], old[protected] and new-

                    My savings account was wrongly debited by the axis bank. The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the details of the same clearly.

                    Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                    Your a/c 831291 is debited by rs. 3058 on 08jul19. Avbl bal: rs. 4642.76. Info: brn-card payment. Call [protected] for dispute.

                    I have paid the credit card bills before the last date. And after this rupees 3058/- deduction my credit card balance in -3058/-
                    This is not right from the bank’s end to deduct my money without notifying me.

                    I sincerely request take a strict action against the axis bank on this, so that they do not end up doing this fraudulent transaction with the poor and innocent people around.

                                  Based on your complaint, we have raised a claim on Axis Bank for cash withdrawal transaction of Rs. 20, 000.00 (10, 000.00 * 2) done by you from their ATM on May 20, 2019. The claim was raised under the dispute handling mechanism of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an entity formed to enable transfer of funds between banks, including usage of ATMs of one bank by card holders of another bank. We regret to state that the acquiring bank (Axis Bank, in this case) has informed us through the dispute resolution mechanism that the transaction was successful as per their records and they will not be able to refund the amount.

                                  Since you were not satisfied with the original response received from the acquiring bank (Axis Bank, in this case), we had raised a pre-arbitration proceeding under the NPCI dispute resolution mechanism. Your complaint was reconsidered by the dispute resolution forum and based on the evidence provided by acquiring bank (Axis Bank, in this case), the transaction was considered to be successful.

                                  We had also approached acquiring bank (Axis Bank, in this case) independently requesting them to review the transaction once again on good faith basis. However, Axis Bank has rejected the claim stating it to be a successful transaction on May 20, 2019.

                                  Please don't withdraw cash from any Axis Bank ATM.
                                  If you withdraw INR 10000 you will get only INR 500.but they will detect INR 10000 and they will show in records as valid transaction.

                                  I have registered service request but I got update as below and the have simply closed the complaint.

                                    Amazon was to refund an rs. 399 three times to my account in the month of june as refunds for different items costing the same. All three refunds of rs. 399 were successfully processed to my account.

                                    21st june 2019,
                                    25th june 2019.
                                    Out of the three only 2 have been credited to my account and is visible on my statement. One is still missing. The payment for one of these transactions was made by cash and refund was directed to my bank account.
                                    This amount should have been credited to my axis bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called and emailed to the axis bank customer service many times and provided them with the unique transaction reference number but nobody has resolved the problem. No action has being taken.

                                    I have confirmed with amazon many times and they have successfully processed the refund.

                                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      From 2 years i have been suffering with axis bank fraud deductions towards my salaried account and every time i write email to them, they reply me back saying visit the bank branch.
                                      But this time the crossed all the sensible limits.

                                      On june 10 the my emi:9391 suppose to clear which did not happen and my account went to minus after that, i paid first 2000+ and then 4000 by 14th june but none of that showed in their records. On june 28th i cleared that emi and then again on 29th june a amount of rs: 9981 (500+ extra for bounce) has been charged on my salaried account as june emi.! What kind of bank does this, when ever they want they can initiate the ecs without customer approval or checking the history of the emi got cleared or not.?

                                      I wrote an email to "customer. [protected]@axisbank.com" and got the most unexpected response stating "my id does not exis" in their records and they got the guts to reply me back asking for my full cutomer kyc documents.!

                                      For more than a week i was convincing them over the email to check their stupid records again or change the executive whos is assigned on my issue. Then on friday i got response that the emi: 9981 was for june and on july 10th again the emi will trigger and they ask me to hold sufficient balance for this idiocracy?

                                      I am writing this on a serious note, i have all the false transactions and maintenance charges bills which you charged on my saving account, i will combine all this then expect a proper complain against you.

                                      Resolve this issue before the july emi triggers as i have already paid that.

                                      Note: i have attached screenshot where the axis bank # executive telling me that my id does not exists and also my email explanation to them.

                                      I have sent the response again back to you with again complete explanations and deductions screenshots, because none of the bank statement data shows the "-Negative balance" that i had in my account which was -9391 (Locked by Axis on June 10). I had +2846 which got deducted from -9391 on June 10 itself and then on June 14 Rs:4000 i have added which make my Available balance to -2545.

                                      When my salary got credited, that -2545 also got deducted form the Credited amount which again i have attached the screenshot to my reply email to you people.

                                      Call me at today at 6:30 – 8pm or tomorrow between 12-3pm.
                                      Fraud, they just deduct 300 twise consolidation charge in a single month from my saving account after that they deduct 300 rs for net banking, but I am not using net banking, when I try to contact with customer care they didn't pick phone, very fraud and poor service, please refund my amount

                                        Axis account opened last week as axis asap online, account was verified functional with 1000 rs balance.. Today morning received a message stating 1000 rs has been debited from ur account..

                                        It was credited on 6th july 2019 with 1000 rs
                                        It was debited with the same amount for no reason on 8th july 2019.. Stating "account closure proceeds to dd acct.' i do not understand the reason for this. There has been no communication from the bank stating to whom the money has been credited. Please note i did not initiate any account closure request.
