[Resolved] Axis Bank — Money deducted from bank account but the recharge was unsuccessful | |||||
Yesterday (3rd oct 2016) i had tried to recharge my dth (Videocon) service through the axis mobile application. Twice i tried for the recharge, every time i received the message after buffering for a long time that the transactions were unsuccessful but the balance of rs. 690 (I. E. Rs. 345/- each time) was deducted from my account. I also enquired from the customer care of videocon dth and found that my dth service was not recharged. This type of service is not expected from a reputed bank like axis & moreover i am a loyal customer with the bank from last 9 years i. E. 2007 onwards. Hope not to be disappointed and expect the amount of rs. 690/- to be refunded back to me within 5 working days as per confirmed by axis bank customer service executive mr.
