[Resolved] Axis Bank — money deduction for unrealized transaction | |
Dear sir/ madam This is to bring to your notice that i did the below-mentioned transactions through my mobile app to recharge my vodafone number: 5hxjyv504340 - rs 458 dated 05.05.2018 J240y9ti2070 - rs 458 dated 07.05.2018 Kindly note that the money has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not realized as the phone did not get recharged. Knowing that your bank mobile app is prompt to customer service i expected retrieval of my money it did not happen. I also got the complaint registered through customer care by calling them, still, no action was ta taken. Please justify why was the amount deducted if the phone was not recharged??
