Sub: most terrible banking service experience with axis bank.
Dear sir,
My name is vipul jain and i have a current account in the gopalpura, jaipur axis bank branch. my account is in the name of ‘vadorn’ which is my sole proprietor firm. account number for the same is [protected].
On july 1, 2016, i received a call from my axis bank branch (gopalpura, jaipur) that someone was illegitimately trying to make payments from my card and on second such attempt they have temporarily blocked my card for the safety of my account. i went to the bank and confirmed that it was not me and someone else was making payments. then i was advised by there operations head that i should permanently block my card and apply for a new one. i did the same and i was told that i will receive the card in 10 days at my address.
When i did not receive the card i kept calling the bank asking for the delay in the delivery of my new card. i was told that there have been many holidays and the process requires 10 working days.
On july 20, 2016 when i called in the bank that such a delay of 20 days is really not acceptable under any circumstances as i have a current account and my business is suffering due to such a delay.in return i was told that there are already customers in the bank and asked to call after 4’o clock. frustrated and shamed with such a reply i went to the bank at around 2’ o clock and asked the same operations head about such an unacceptable delay on the behalf of the axis bank.
To my surprise i again received the same reply that he will be free after 5’o clock in the evening only then he will look into what is causing the delay. feeling helpless and having no control of the situation i have to come back with no solution. i called him again at least 4 to 5 times in the evening after 5’o clock as he told me to do and none of my calls were answered.
On july 21, 2016, after 21 days from initially applying for a new debit card, i again called the operations head and after calling twice he finally gave me the answer to what has happened: according to the axis bank gopalpura branch, jaipur they never applied for the new card and they misplaced the form which i gave them sealed and signed for the renewal of the debit card. and hence told me that i need to apply again and need to seal and sign on the new form once again. which i did again after already waiting for 21 days.
That means they simply kept asking me to wait all the time when they never applied for the new card and they never told me that they have carelessly misplaced my new debit card issuing form. for 21 days they did not even took the pains to do something for such a negligent behavior instead kept asking me to wait for the new card which they never applied. hats off to axis bank employees!!!
This has amounted for both mental harassment and monetary loss for me as due to my blocked card i could not import new products. as importing from china and selling the products online is the principle business i do for which i opened this current account in axis bank.

Even after Complete One Month and Eighteen Days, I am struggling with the same problem.
Now when finally after filling repetitive complains Axis Bank has though issue me a new card but they are unable to link it with my bank account.
This is how badly they treat their business customers; i am afraid what they do with saving accounts.

After 49 days of continuous effort i am still suffering with the same problem.

My bad luck that i have a current account in axis bank and it is very difficult to change the payment links as i do online business.

Worst banking service one can give. I am sure any bank is better than them.

Please do something Axis bank; it is very difficult for me to move my entire business to other bank now.
