Axis Bank — mutual fund - amount deducted but not reflecting in my portfolio

On 12th jan, i started sip of axis mutual funds. First installment was deducted but still it is not showing in my portfolio. I have contacted their customer executives 3 times till now, and always got a standard answer that it will be resolved in 5 working days. It has been a month that i raised a complaint and yet no resolution till now. I mailed them also but received no reply. Complaint number is 49591196.

I visit in my branch for debit card (sec.3 Karnal Haryana). My cus. ID is[protected] and ac. no. is XX8127. i have 2 ac. when i request to BM to close inactive ac. he denied to close this ac.due to lean amt. He said to me "same amount will show in cibil", after discussion he told to me " kya tu Nirmal baba hai kya jo tu muze batyega ja nahi karta.
i am open my mf account through axis application, still my portfolio not showing

same problem for my account .every month installment was deducted but still it is not showing in my portfolio. I have contacted their customer executives more than time, person check my account allways running condition .but portfoilio not showing .person tell contact demat provider, me asking who is the provider, person tell search google
