[Resolved]  Axis Bank — my account is showing beneficiary account is frozen.

My name is neha and my axis a/c no is [protected]. It is my new salary account. I am trying to do transaction from my axis mobile application or weather trying to do any online transaction it is not accepting the payment and all the time it is declining the transaction giving the same message "transaction has failed because beneficiary account is frozen".

It was my first experience with axis bank and it is very disappointing. I have never faced such issues with hdfc or sbi

It's being a weak now but still I have not got any resolution to this issue.

It is very disappointing and creating a lot of problem .
Is there any one who is actually looking for resolution or is actually working to give service.

I am really upset from Axis Bank Service, since 3 days my account is Frozen after update the KYC also, i am unable to do any transactions and my all credit cards dues missed due to this foolish activity with out any proper time frame, this is my salary account also, i really really really upset for this Axis Bank Service.

My account black ?? please unblock my account

Same issue facing.

My friend had a cyber cell complaint and his account got Freez. He than hired a lawyer and his account unfreezed after 4 months. I myself Hired a lawyer for the same.

I suggest you to, first raise a complaint to banking ombudsman.

If you see no progress hire a lawyer will cost around 10-20K.
