[Resolved] Axis Bank — My renewal of credit card without applying, & also dispatched to a courier company | |||
My name is Vinod M. Nashirabadkar.I live in Pune, Maharashtra. I was having a Credit card of Axis bank which expired on 03/16 & after that i didn't applied for the renewal of credit card. I used to get messages for the renewal of it but i ignored it as i was not interested in taking new credit card . I went to Axis Bank for this issue but Bankers said "call customer care, we cannot do anything" . I tried calling customer care but, nothing solved. And yesterday 05/03/16 I got a message that my credit card is dispatched & will be delivered to me in 72 hrs. by blue Dart couriers . I have changed my address, & the Credit card will be dispatched to my old address.I don't want that Credit Card, I want to cancel it. If any problem happens with my account, or if anyone else uses my account money with that credit card .The Axis Bank will be completely responsible for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
