Axis Bank — my salary account not activated

Hello, one month back i did open my salary account near my office though one of your executives in bangalore. My account still not activated. I submitted all the required documents correctly. I was calling to that respective executive but he is not responding well and kept on giving fault promises. His name is shashi and one more executive kannan. Please activate my account as soon as possible. My name is g. Divya swaroop.

The account which i taken is doesn't have a homebranch concept.

I pay online payment of high court exam belief but payment has been deducted but form not submitted, so please refuned me my amount 150.45/ mobile number [protected].
