[Resolved] Axis Bank — no notification for amount credit in the account

I was to receive an amount of rs. 7000 in my axis bank account. the amount was credited last month and i was not informed about it either via email or text message. on 15 June i received a message that a total of rs. 6444 have been debited from my account. now issue is that why didn't the bank informed me about the amount that was credited a month ago? and 2 days from today i got a text saying that amount has been debited. if the customer is getting notification about the amount being debited then why not the amount being credited ?
