While depositing Rs.73, 300/- through debit Card in AXIS bank ATM at Rashbehari Kolkata location, it was showing " Your money is being sorted" when suddenly the machine showed TECHNICAL ERROR and stopped.

The amount got stuck in the machine and was not credited to my account either.

    I opened asap account last year.Last month I charge rs1650 of consolidate charge including gst after that I stopped using account that month bank added more consolidate charge and levied gst again on total charge now it is rs 4450. I contacted bank but they avoided my concern.the amount of 4450 of two months consolidated is out of my mind.. suggest me how to deal with that

    On 14th June 2019 I submitted my caution fee of 10, 000 in then name of axis bank after my selection in abyb program.But fortunately I cleared another bank exam and I'm going to join that bank, so therefore I urge the axis bank management to please kindly refund my caution fee of 10000 as soon as possible
    Sir, i am central govt employee in MOD. There is no cash in your ATM. The emoloyees are also having lunch timing on the ocassion of eid.
    On asking why they are not putting money in the ATMs. The employee misbehaved and attacked on me.
    Kindly take appropriate action otherwise i will file complaint through proper channel.

      Dear sir,
      I am having a saving account 448098 in sector 29 faridabad branch. I was charged 1800+ 323 approx as consolidating charges. Even after my account was having good balance n I was very tensed so I filled complaint on online consumercomplaints.in because know one was answering my call on customer care n I didn't find any direct email address also. In the morning I received a mail to share my number and then I received a call from [protected] claiming to be calling from axis bank customer service and told me that these charges are for some credit card plan I opted for which I denied so he asked bout my account which was opened as a family account along with my. Mother's so he told that he will refund it to my mother account he asked for card detailed and cause bieng stressed n mentally upset cause of banks stressful service and slow response already deducted charges. By mistake i told Otp for transaction and they debited 50000 from my
      mother's account 241515 in sector 29 faridabad branch. Please Help me in getting the money refunded.

        As i started job with some company they opened my salary accont with zero balance now. when i left job after an year my account balance went negative. i dont know how come it possible. how can an account that starts with zero balance went negative for not maintain balance and that it self an salary account. and i wasnt aware like an zero balance acconut also needs to be maintained with balace i wonder how... can i get solution for this...

        You not responding to when I call your number and my available balance showing Rs 3827.73 but I used pay of amount 2739 now my available balance is Rs-2468.82

          What the hell this is guys, I own a salary account and for that there was no minimum bal required from past two years but all of sudden you guys started deducting around 2000 as consolidated charges. What the hellll????. That too without any intimation. Can't you guys send an sms before that saying please keep minimum balance as our terms are updated from April 2019. You didn't do that and then now looting peoples money without any intimation. This is a really sensitive issue. I am gonna take it forward till I get all of my deducted money back from past two months. THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!

            I applied for axis Bank young bankers program 2019 and paid fee 500rl rupees but the rejected my application by saying that as per their policy they can not proceed with my application as I have a relative working in the bank.
            They sent me a mail that my refund will be initiated shortly, but till now I haven't got my refund and they don't even reply on email.
            I am attaching a screenshot from their side.

                  Today 1816.26+326.93(gst) consolidating charges were deducted from my account my aacount was even having balance and everything. This is so pathetic I want my money back I am experiencing very bad services from axis bank already in process to close my current account In sector 16 fbd which is already taking so long its been more than 15 days since I am in process.                       I was to receive a cash prize of 7000 rs. In my axis bank savings account. I had already received the amount on 16th may but I didn't get any notification for that on my registered mobile number. Today I got a message from the axis bank that a total of 6444 rs. Have been debited from my account as gst charge and consolidated amount. This was a great shock to me. I am a student and I was waiting for those 7000 rs. Since I have to pay my rent and other bills. But the bank didn't give me any notification that the amount has been credited. However the bank gave me the notification that an amount of 6444 rs. Has been debited.

                        Hello. This is Dr mathen. I have registered a complaint regarding the fraud transaction done in my account on 19th june. I have intimated the customer care and lodged a complaint against that. My complaint number is 52039273.i have also uploaded complaint letter and charge dispute form with that. Its been more than two weeks since i filed a complaint. But still now i have not received any update or action taken against my complaint. Im very much disappointed with ur response.As per the liability also i didn't receive any credit amount from the bank side. I need an immediate action to take on this complaint as soon as possible and refund my money back to my account. Thanking you.

                          My Bank owes me around 30k which without authorization they deducted from my savings account.
                          In 2017 I had personally visited the bank to stop my ESI payment against Bajaj and by doing all the needful in Bank (signatures and submitting required documents). They still deducted my money from my bank account.

                          I did try working out with the bank manager, bank FA, bank ombudsman. Still no resolution

                          Currently its 2019 and my case is still not resolved, hence I have stop making my CC payment with the bank, which in return is again the customer loss for cibil scores.

                          Request to help resolve the issue sooner.

                            I have received following message today, which says
                            Message 1 at 11:22am -
                            Hello! Your a/c no. 361819 has been debited by rs. 118 on 15 Jun19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] for dispute.

                            I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                            Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                                On 14 july 2019 i had tried to place order for mi A2 mobile on flipkart. the amount has been deducted from my credit card but order isnt placed. kindly refund my amount. When i contacted flipkart customer care they told me to complaint with bank only. But when i tried reach axis bank customer care for continuously 2 hours still i was unable to connect to the customer care. the worst customer care i ever seen . What i want is my money should be refunded as soon as possible.

                                  I have done a transaction of 12989 thousand from my axis bank credit card. But somehow transaction got cancelled in middle. I got email transaction success.
                                  But as delivery boy didn't get invoice(transaction stuck in between). He asked me to pay through other medium. I called Axis bank customer care, the person who is attended my call told me your transaction failed from Axis bank side after I explained him all case. That customer represntative told me to pay as he told I will get my money back in card of this failed transaction.

                                  But now axis bank not refunding my money back. Please help

                                    I had opened Axis asap account and deposited 1000 rupees in it and received account details and virtual card on confirmation.
                                    But today i received the message stating "Account closure proceeds to DD ".I called the customer care and they told that your account has been closed without even informing me what the problem was.This is very disappointing and i didn't expect this from Axis bank.I want fast resolution to this problem as i had put my trust on Axis bank and look what they did.
                                    How will i get my 1000 rupees which i had deposited in it.Please resolve it.

                                        The bank has deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the BRN-card payment even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date and I did not do any kind of transaction as same.

                                        I mailed regarding the same to axis assist of bank for the clarification of the deduction but I did not receive a single reply from the bank side. It has been almost 15 days.
                                        The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

                                        Below is the message of the deduction from the bank.

                                        Your A/c 8218**5 is debited by Rs. 100 on 01Jun19. Avbl Bal: Rs. 4**40.74. Info: BRN-Card Payment

                                        I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they do not fool the poor and innocent people around.
