I don't wish to take this service as I already called to customer care about this. I even not received my credit card and got the SMS about the this charges. I also replied the mail that I don't wish to avail this service.
Please stop this service and charges for the same. And reverse the charges if it applied. I have not received my credit card till date and I have been charged.

I did not receive my credit card, I had applied for it a month ago but I received the pin documents, when asked to the axis Bank executive she vaguely answered me it might have gone back. I did not receive any text message from the courier company even. This is ridiculous how is this even possible the card did not reach my place and then got returned undelivered. No one is ready to answer neither the customer care nor the bank what m I supposed to do? As I need the card asap.

    Axis Bank is deudcting the amount from my account from past three months with transaction description as 'BRN-PYMT-CARD-[protected]'.Each month they have debited amount of 3482.72 from my account.I have tried to contact axis bank customer care support and after 20min of call I was able to talk to there representive but his response was rude and he told that the amount deducted for the axis bank credit card bill purpose but I told him that I do not hold any axis bank credit card.Then he told he is going to connect the call to Accounts department and he redirected the call. I waited for another 20min in call(Call charge was around 40rs for me), but no body responded to the call.Even I sent an complaint mail from there web site but didn't get any reposnse from them.

    Please look into my issue and do the needful.Let me know if you need any further details from side.

    Please find the attached document shows the statement of axis bank of these fraud transaction.

      My wife is working in Axis Bank at Trichy Road coimbatore and you people are making her sit till 8.30 in the name of 1 to 1 meeting. She joined now and dont know much about coimbatore and you people want her to perform from day 1. Please make these crap meetings at the earliest so that the ladies can leave early.         On 28/05/2019 while making payment for irctc ticket booking from my axis bank account through net banking Rs 1528.27 was deducted from my account.           Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

            I would like to specifically put my complaint against one of the Axis bank, Geeta Colony Branch employee Mr.Awanish Ojha, whose very rude and unprofessional behaviour has forced me to transfer my company's Current A/c to another bank. He is one guy who is always ready with excuses one or the other, whenever I send my peon to him to get any statement etc, either he is not available in the branch or pretend not to be there so that he doesn't have to work. It is because of these type of guys that the Axis Bank is not able to reach the first two top slots of the Private Banks category. Today also when I sent my peon for some bank, Geeta Cly branch, he was very much physically available in the branch and aid to my peon that say to your boss that I am still on leave. Is this a professional behaviour. Pathetic on part of Axis Bank to employ such type of characters who under no circumstances are ready to serve the customers thru whom the bank is running. Sack this guy immediately.

                Dear sir, i have bought new cylinder on 13/08/2017 at my native and given my aadhar card (which was given in axis bank bengaluru indiranagar branch while creating my account.) to the by distributor, he also attached it to my gas connection and it was reflected in my lpg profile also. but i haven't received the subsidy amount till today when i asked about the bank they are telling that it was connected but the gas company profile it is informing that it is not attached. what i have to do for this?

                  Hi,
                  My name is T.shailesh. I have blocked and replaced for an AXIS Bank Credit card a few weeks back.I did receive timely SMS messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. And one day I received a SMS saying that the card had been returned back giving no reasons why. My AWB# [protected] no. Today I received the PIN no.through post. I don't know what is the use of the PIN when the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the Customer Care but the line never gets connected.
                  Can anyone help me through it?

                      This is to inform you that, the axis bank end team wrongly cancelled my credit card which i have not given any cancellation request of my physical credit card to them. I have requested to cancel only virtual card but they have cancelled my physical credit card as well without any prior intimation to me.

                      It was already 34 days gone what you guys (Axis Bank) are doing last these many days to solve one complaint? sure i need an compensation on this case. Please note (Consumer Complaint Team) which they have not fulfilled the customer requirement as per mentioned days and this issue is not from my end due to product defect in Axis bank i am facing this issue so they are the responsibility to provide compensation of Rs 95000.

                      In fact their customer support is not for the customer help purpose they are saving Axis bank from any legal issues like this and making customers fool.

                      I am sure i have mailed hardly 200 to 300 mails to them and every time they are giving replies like below:

                      Dear Mr. Kumar,

                      This is with reference to your email regarding the re-activation of the card.

                      Please be infomred that we have forwarded this case to the concern team and I request you to revert to us after 04 working days to know the status of this request.

                      Ans i have called the customer care lot of times and Axis bank not having toll free number they are charging for the customer support hardly i have spent Rs 400 to 600 for contact their customer support end but they are dead silent when i ask status of my case.

                      In any way they are not given any proper respond kindly look into this case Dear CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM you are the final hope

                      And the NODAL officer of axis bank, PRINCIPAL NODAL officer of Axis bank also not given any replies especially RAKHI SETH NODAL OFFICER not given replies to mails which shows how irresponsible are they.

                      I had audio proof also which i have communicated with AXIS bank customer care and they are clearly mentioned that the issue is at AXIS bank end only due to technical problem my card was cancelled. If you want i will provide all the proofs. and Mail proof also i had.

                        Hi, I started a job and the group opened salary A/C with Axis bank. Also along with salary A/C Demat account was opened without us consenting it but made us sign as opening a salary A/c. Now since last 3 years never used this Trading A/C but was charged 900/- every year and this year too charged. Now this is unfair business practise on that Sales guy who opened this clubbed A/c without letting us know. Also my A/c status has been changed from Salary to Savings A/C and because of Minimum Balance penalities my A/C is in Debit, as per RBI guidelines banks can stop providing the services rather than charging penalities in case of not maintaining balance. Have been visiting sector 32 chandigarh branch but sometimes get told to wait, sometimes to go to another branch to close my Dmat A/C, . I am stressed and harassed as have been spending my Time & Energy in this unwanted task. Do kindly help me in this regards by forcing bank to do the right thing which is refund my Charged amounts & compensate on stress & Agony.

                        I had availed credit card against FD No. [protected] and before closing it I cleared all its outstanding and credit card was successfully closed and lien removal comments were forwarded by the credit card department.
                        Now there is a lien marked on my FD Account, please remove lien on my Fixed Deposit Account as soon as possible.

                          Monika singhal saving a/c holder A/c no - [protected], Vaibhav garg employee of axis bank swasthya vihar branch this guy has been given an application for changing the sighn and mobile no of saving a/c of moniKa singhal. On the date 5/10/2018. He has promised to me that this work will be done in 7 working days, we have given a complained letter to the manager of swasthya vihar branch for the same but still this work is pending we face problem in every cheque issued by us...
                          I had done so many complaint against him last complain done as on 29/05/2019 but my work not done till date . please take an action against him. I still waiting for changing the signature and my mobile no. updating.

                              i Ashish Raorane my account no of axis bank is [protected].I have complaint regarding instrument called axis bank netsecure one touch device which is being delivered in my home address.
                              This device not even order from my side & was being charge with RS.1000 ( excluding 180 GST )
                              After that next Day registered with a complaint form in Andheri east axis bank MIDC branch (REQUEST NO :[protected] But still not received any response.
                              Andheri customer care executive told me to contact your account bank which is AXIS BANK NEW MARINE LINES.
                              After this i called my branch tell them whole things they told they cant help on this one you contact axis bank customer care but still no response.
                              kindly look into the matter as soon as possible & refund amout the same in my account at the earliest.

                                मैने आपके पास को शुक्रवार को complaint करणे के बावजूद अश्विनी कांबले मुझे परेशान कर रही है मेरी तबियत बिगाघाड़ाने कारण वही मुझे high bp का प्रॉब्लम हुआ है आप उनके खिलाफ तुरंत करवाई कीजिए मैंने अपनी पिछली complaint मैं कहाँ था कि वो मेरी कलीग लोगोंको कॉल करके परेशान करती है कॉल करने के बाद गंदी गंदी गालिया देती है उनको मैंने बोला की चालू महीने का emi की recovry उसी महीने मै नही होती महीना ख़त्म होने के बाद होती है तो वो मानने को तैयार नही है

                                  Dear Customer, Payment received for amount of Rs 2950 for creditcard number XXXX8449 on 10-JUN-19...today morning I received this message from axis. Few months back got lots of calls for life time credit card for account and annoyed with calls, I accepted to get credit card. Shockingly they delivered 5 credit card on my name. Since account was in hometown, I thought will go to back with all those cards to bank whenever I go to hometown .
                                  But received message that money debited from my account. When they mentioned it's life time.. No interest.. Bla Bla for their credit card, how the hell they can deduct money. That too I haven't even opened those credit cards courier, neither I activated them.
                                  Its all fraud... Don't ever believe and take those free credit card issued. Pls do continuously check for the deduction.

                                    As per phone conversation you requested 2 days for the resolution but now i have not received either any call nor complaint wasn't resolved.

                                    This is to inform you that, the axis bank end team wrongly cancelled my credit card which i have not given any cancellation request of my physical credit card to them. I have requested to cancel only virtual card but they have cancelled my physical credit card as well without any prior intimation to me.

                                    It was already 34 days gone what you guys (Axis Bank) are doing last these many days to solve one complaint? sure i need an compensation on this case. Please note (Consumer Complaint Team) which they have not fulfilled the customer requirement as per mentioned days and this issue is not from my end due to product defect in Axis bank i am facing this issue so they are the responsibility to provide compensation of Rs 95000.

                                    In fact their customer support is not for the customer help purpose they are saving Axis bank from any legal issues like this and making customers fool.

                                    I am sure i have mailed hardly 200 to 300 mails to them and every time they are giving replies like below:

                                    Dear Mr. Kumar,

                                    This is with reference to your email regarding the re-activation of the card.

                                    Please be infomred that we have forwarded this case to the concern team and I request you to revert to us after 04 working days to know the status of this request.

                                    In case you have any other queries you can visit us at www.axisbank.com/support or call us on[protected] or[protected]. (Call charges applicable as per your service provider)

                                    Ans i have called the customer care lot of times and Axis bank not having toll free number they are charging for the customer support hardly i have spent Rs 400 to 600 for contact their customer support end but they are dead silent when i ask status of my case.

                                    In any way they are not given any proper respond kindly look into this case Dear CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM you are the final hope

                                    And the NODAL officer of axis bank, PRINCIPAL NODAL officer of Axis bank also not given any replies especially RAKHI SETH NODAL OFFICER not given replies to mails which shows how irresponsible are they.

                                    I had audio proof also which i have communicated with AXIS bank customer care and they are clearly mentioned that the issue is at AXIS bank end only due to technical problem my card was cancelled. If you want i will provide all the proofs. and Mail proof also i had.

                                    As per your terms there is no cursing violating your conditions here then why you guys are not taking any action on this

                                      I am using aixs credit card I was the use in credit card loan l well paid my balance lone amount before 3 months back but lone is not end I am sarvse in Indian Army now my place is saichin her not work in mobile sava I contacted customer car he tells me one complaint no in 5 works days but now care telling call regestr mobile no please kind of me help
