Axis Bank — Non recharge of airtel mobile number [protected] through lime app

This is Sridhar from Hyderabad. I had recharged my dad's Airtel number [protected] with 249rs on lime app of axis bank .The benefit was 24000 local std seconds. Today its 25th and still the recharge hasn't been done. Its been four days and I didn't expect such unprofessional attitude from a reputed bank like axis bank. This is causing extreme mental agony, frustration and intense disgust. I request you to therefore take appropriate action at the earliest and ensure that I get adequate compensation as well.
