[Resolved] Axis Bank — Non refund of amount of insurance | |||
I hara prasad mishra (Acct no. [protected]) has applied for a max life insurance proposal no.[protected] through sector-14 gurgaon branch. The proposal has been cancelled on 09 nov 16 and sms received from max life insurance for contacting the representative at axis bank. Though i have repeatedly approached personally axis bank staff as well as the agent of max life insurance, they are showing their inability to attend the query and not taking any remedial action for crediting the amount rs 50000/- to my account. The irresponsible attitude and not attending to the queries is not at all understood by me being a customer of your bank. Therefore, it is kindly requested to take necessary remedial action for crediting the amount to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
