[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not activating and not transferring bank account no. [protected]

Dear sir /mam,
My subject bank account non active for last 18 months. I have tried to transfer the account from panipat g. T. Road branch to galaxy mall gorakhpur branch (At least seven times). But it was not transferred and i am not able to remit any amount into it.
I am unable to close this account, therefore i have withdrawn my all amount from it. But a axis bank is continue to debit monthly maintenance charges, even i am nit using the services since march 2019.
In this regard i have approached at axis bank galaxy mall, gorakhpur and submitted my aadhar card and photo.

In view of above it is requested that instruction may be given to bank to either close my subject account or transfer my account from panipat to gorakhpur and account be activated for all type of transactions.

Dear sir/mam

This bank is located at without apprroved map. As per bank as line no parking management by bank, and customer and market mamber are suffering from this problem.humble request to take action and do needful help .
Hi Team,

I have submitted account closure form on date 30 April 2019 but till date and time no action taken by axis bank kothrud branch.

I have already paid due penalty 2154 rs now i have check my acccount again showing negative balance.
