[Resolved]  Axis Bank — not closing account

Address:No 3, 1st Technology Place, Whitefield, 560066

I tried closing my account twice. Once in Jan 2019 and then on March 2019. Both times I filled the form and submitted but the Bank is not closing the bank. Now they are deducting money (since April) for not having Balance.

I tried to close the account much before April and the Bank is refusing to close it. Now i am being charged for it!!

I have a photo proof of the form I filled 2nd time (March 2019).

This has not been resolved! I dont understand why its marked resolved. Axis bank didnt even try to contact me.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
