Dear sir/madam,

I wrote a mail on 29/05/2019 to axis bank customer support to reduce my extra interest charges for my credit card and close my exiting credit card, at that time i was paid near about 90% payment of my entire outstanding payment.

Your customer support one person having name m/s bhuvaneshwari s send me reply on 02/06/2019 where she asked my card details, i have sent every thing but still i have not receive any feed back from her although i have sent several reminder but could not receive mail from her also any phone call.

I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter as i am already paid 90% amount of my entire outstanding payment but unable to pay 10% which is around rs.8800/- is showing to my current statement.

Please waive of my charges and close my credit card immediately.

Please note i want to surrender this card with your entire payment in a single time kindly waive of the extra interest charges and give me the figure so that i will pay within due date the entire your payment.

Please note i do not want to settlement of this card but some extend please waive the extra charges so that i can able to pay the outstanding amount payment immediately.

    On wednesday evening at 9 pm i had trying payment from google pay via axis bank account to hdfc bank customer that transaction is not done only display payment in process, then i am leave this page and saw on next day at morning at 6.30 am but same message display, then i am going on google website and searching google pay customer care number then i have got this number[protected], then they told me about cancelation of this transaction and send me message as complaint request no. On this no [protected]
    then i was done this then immediate debit my account balance in two transaction first is 20 k rs and second is 5 k rs. This is fraud. So kindly take a big action on this frauds and refund my 25 k amunt in urgent basis. And i resister my complaint in my axis bank branch this service request no is 53017230 so kindly i want my money refund.

    Above transaction is done by before 15 days but yet not give me proper solution from branch and not raised proper despute by branch. That transaction is done by 04 july 2019 but dont know any respective persone how raised right despute and customer complaint.

      I had cancelled my credit card, ending with 4764 in august 2018, as there were additional charges levied by axis for one of the online transactions, even though i have clear cut evidence of email notification and sms notification on the amount used, whereas axis was trying to collect additional amount of inr 2, 500 approx, which was disputed, opposed and complained. Axis has reversed this and during that time i had cancelled my credit card, as i do not want to deal with a banker who tries to exploit customers. There was communication on this which is available on record. Now axis has again started sending email credit card statements showing debit balance of disputed transaction. If axis does not stop sending this kind of mails, i would prefer using legal channels to settle this matter.

        Hi,

        I am maintaining zero salary account in axis and even though it went on lean deduction and it got debited from my account. I have applied for cheque book and after getting it unfortunately i have missed it and now personal loan has sanctioned to me in axis were ineed to provide cheque leaf for the same. When i try to apply for it via mobile app it's not processing

        Kindly help me in getting check leaves if not i would not be able to get my loan amount

          Yesterday on dated 18 jul 2019 i have opened an axis asap bank account through online form filling and providing my adhaar and pan details. I have also deposited rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is [protected].
          Today dated 19th jul 2019 i checked my acount balance then i socked with this msg. Info : account closure proceeds to dd acct."

          Please note i did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.

            Without my knowledge ecpp assistance charges 2, 199/- from my axis bank credit card. It is criminal activities are done by ecpp assistance

            Sir/madam,
            I have purchased credit card from axis bank. I have received message from ecpp assistance on 15.07.2019 for your credit card account debited 2, 199/- by ecpp assistance. Without my permission one assist charged 2, 199/- from my credit card account after that i have called one assist complaint number for cancellation of my insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist kindly cancel the policy and refund the amount ecpp assistance membership.

              I registered for axis asap in date[protected] with my aadhar and pan card and added 1000rs fund from my other bank account. As dated[protected], i received a message on my registered number ([protected]) i. E. "amount 1000rs has been debited from your account, net balance 0rs". I checked for statement on axis mobile app where "account closure to dd act" written. I checked by calling axis customer support and by reaching my nearest axis branch but all in vain. They are just putting words with no meaning, no satisfactory reason given. They are saying 1000rs will be reached to you in 10 days.

              I have not expected this type of service and such unwise customer support. Never gonna believe this fraudulent bank.

                  Totally fraud bank never open an account in this bank

                  I have a current account in axis bank with my prop writer firm name.
                  Now the firm is shut down so i requested to axis bank to close my account.
                  They close mu account and return dd that payee to my firm name.

                  I was going to submit that dd to my saving account (Hdfc bank) and they say this dd belongs to your firm and we did not transfer this money to your saving account.

                  Then i go to the axis bank and the suggested me to open a saving account in axis bank and then we deposit this dd to your saving account.

                  Yesterday i opened asap account with axis bank with 1000 rupees and today i receive a msg from axis bank that :
                  Your a/c 498039 is debited by rs. 1000 on 19th jul19. Avbl bal: rs 0. Info : account closure proceeds to dd acct.

                  I want a solution for both my problems and return my money back.

                    I have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine.
                    After a week i have gone for KYC ... & Did the KYC at my branch...
                    Even after doing kyc i was not able to apply for the cheque book because the message was shocking that you need to do kyc... I have called customer care for the same they told me that you need nit to worry about it you have already done the kyc...
                    But, the yesterday, ( after a year) suddenly i have received a message that my a/c has been closed for full and final state...
                    My 28, 000 suddenly showing 0 rs balance...
                    I have called customer care for the same but they we're not responding.. one of the employee told me that you have to visit branch for the resolution.
                    I asked that what was my fault? That you have suddenly closed my a/c not even informed me.
                    It was their responsibility to call & tell you can not directly closed the a/c without any reason...
                    Such a fake service i have ever seen ...
                    For a sake of money you people do this...

                        I would like to settlement of my dues in a fair manner.
                        In my current situation i will only be able to pay 20% of my current outstanding as more than 20% will not be affordable for me.

                          My axis account was of salary account with zero balance. Without my information the bank used to charge consolidation charges monthly/quaterly and my balance became negative. And when i deposited cheque in my account to reuse the same it again deducted approx rs.8042/- on account of consolidation + gst which is not at all justified.

                          I want reversal of all the bank charges charged by bank wrongly.

                          I have never been opted for this kind of SMS alert. If m not wrong that much charges... I mean almost 9000/- charges just for SMS Alert. and why these are deducted in a single go. I am also not getting any msgs from bank.

                          Please reverse the charges else I need to close my account and will never deal with Axis bank in future.

                            I had applied home loan in axis bank. initially they charged me 5k for initial processing later charged 9k. the property i had to purchase was 600sqft, but bank did agree to give the loan for 600 instead sanctioned it for 500sqft. as a customer i am not satisfied with 509 as it would be a problem for me in future so i decided to take loan from other bank where they were ready to consider 600sqft. now, the charges i paid to axis bank is just wasted. if they would have told me in the initial stage that they would provide only for 500 i would have not moved forward. hence i need refund of processing fee paid which they are not agreeing to do.
                            Susheel was the agent name who had agreed to provide me refund but later said he cant. please dont take any loans from him.

                                  I have never approved any credit card for my account with axis bank, but without my permission they have activated one credit card about which i got information through an sms and an email after the activation.

                                  I don't think this is legal to activate any credit card on my account without my permission.

                                  Additionally, their customer care support is actually not supportive at all. None of their customer care executive were able to help me on the online chat. Their customer care phone numbers were not reachable most of the times and even when i got connected once, the executive was not able to help me with the credit card issue.

                                  Worst experience with their customer support till now!

                                  I have a very similar issue, please update if you have any resolution, I did not even get an alert when the credit card is opened with out my permission, I only got the alert when payment is made from my account for credit card bill. This is fraud. Illegal.

                                    I have been deducted rs 1000 twice while trying for its zero balance asap account however haven't got any account details yet. Approached the nearest branch at basavanagudi, bangalore but disappointed with the bank professional. He asked me to fill some form with details, informed that account got closed & the account number he gave - "[protected]" when submitted the form. I again was diverted to the same website to try it again, i had no options left hence i tried it but failed with rs 1000 deducted. Called to bank customer care they said that my amount will go to the aadhaar link address in 10 days & there is no zero balance asap account as its closed. Isn't this cyber crime to deduct people's money for something that doesn't exist. Isn't this customer policy violation. Isn't this under indian panel code 420. Why will they use my money for 10 days? What if they say that there is no money only or what if axis bank planning to elope with all the poor peoples saving! Beware people. I wish i can translate it in hindi or kannada so that it reaches max indian crowd. Shame on axis bank & its personnel sitting in the branch with poor customer service attitude.

                                    Unable to reach the site. Please provide the number so that to find the solutions. Unable to upload the error image due to size restrictions.uploaded the account details. Give me the reason to close the account after processing the minimum payment balance of Rs 1000.

                                      Transaction id number[protected]Rs. 5007.00 on dated 17.07.2019) and[protected]Rs.1007 on dated 15.07.2019) were debited from my account but didinot received in beneficiary account. Please do the needful.

                                      Moreover i tried to toll free number-[protected] but unable to make the call due to 0 balance. When customer care number is toll free then why it is chargeable?

                                        I invest into axis focus 25 fund and now i’ve to close, bt they don’t close my sip. I given request to cancel my sip many time and 6 time i submit request on paper to close my sip and i always placed request and filled form many times, bt neither my sip got close and they r saying u have to submit request regarding closing, so i request to close my sip.
