Axis Bank — Not received my refund till date

I had made online transactions with amazon.in using axis bank debit card ending with 8969. The above mentioned products were returned on 23rd and 24th of june 2017 and refund was processed by amazon but i have not yet received any refund.

For your reference, my order id was[protected],[protected] and the refund reference number for the above transaction is:4975049913986999704062 and authorization code 006061.

I have already made a complaint of the same few days back but it has been of no help.
