Axis Bank — nri banking poor services

My NRI Bank account locked just after single incorrect login attempt for 24 hours. I wanted to perform an important fund transfer now I cannot be able to perform which leads me to financial loss.
Live agent also was not able to help me just standard steps provided nothing else.

Axis Bank does not care about bank service experience of consumer. My money structs for 24 hours due to poor services by Axis bank.

They are not helping to solve the customer query. Why they locked my account only in single incorrect attempt for a day June 15th, 2024, EST time 10:15. My registered email id: [protected]@gmail.com

I wrote an email which state 3 working days to address my query.
