[Resolved]  Axis Bank — offer not given - bookmyshow voucher

Dear sir madam
I received mail from yr site on 8/12/2017. That grab rs 500, voucher from book my show, simply use bhim axis app for 3 mobile recharge or dth recharge.
I recharge date on[protected], all 3 recharge of, 1) rs 150/ transaction id[protected], 2) rs 120, transaction,[protected], 3) rs 210 transaction id.[protected], but not received voucher still now, also i given complaints many time, to cousmer are & email but not reply come from axis bank my account number [protected], account name mohammad. F kalvert.
