Axis Bank — One Assist Services service of Axis Bank

My family member's account got debited by Rs. 2199 for one assist service which I have not opted for. When went to the bank they informed me that one assist service is nowhere related to Axis Bank. But when called oneassist service they informed its for Axis Bank.

Could you please clarify what is the reason for this.
