Axis Bank — online banking transactions got rejected but money not credited in my account

Dear sir,
Am holding an account with you number [protected] in rudrapur in my name (Aray sanyasi prabho), done a transaction on 8th april 2017 for rs.3596/- for road tax for our hotel car but the same not gone thru where as the amount debited to my account. I have waited till 24th april thinking the same will get credited to my account but when the same not happened i have given a written complaint in the bank. Unfortunate that till date though i followup on daily basis with branch head and operation head the same not credited to my account.
