Axis Bank — open demat account without my permission. i am harassing a lot.

Axis bank forcefully open my demat account. I evan dont have any idea about demat account. Suddenly i got mails from axis bank.. Although my savings account is already close. How can u cheat with people to reach target. Close my demat account as soon as posible.. I am a student. My id [protected]. Plz sir help me. I am a student. I already close my axis bank saving account. I visited axis bank alot. But they dont take any action. Plz sir help me
