[Resolved] Axis Bank — opened a demat account without my consent | |||
I opened a salary account with acmxis bank more than a year ago. That time i got a mail saying, i have opened a demat account with the bank. I contacted the customer care and asked them to close the demat account because i don't want such a facility. All that i needed was just a simple savings account. Occasionally i was getting mails about demat trading from axis direct, which i neglected. But today they debited an amount if rs. 935 from my account. I haven't used the demat facility till date. Axis direct has charged me for demat account which I haven't opened and they are not reversing the same thing. Tell it was charges as per the plan. But I haven't opened any account.
