On date 12 march 2020, i received a text message from axis bank that your fastag account debited with ₹525 on 11/03/2020 for adjustment entry fees.
But on date 11/03/2020 my car was at my home, i don't understand what kind of amount they debited from my fastag account.
There is no contact number, no mail id for fastag.
Please support....

Without my authorization bank is charging service charges.I can see it’s stated as “TIPS/SCG POS”. When I contacted bank they conveyed 3.5% service charges for international cross currency charge.
Once I started making international payment in Indian rupees same charges are reflected in my statement.

Along with the every integrations payments I can see a additional 3.9% extra charges.
