Hi axis credit team,

My credit card has an expiry date as 03/20 and now it has expired. But i have not received my credit card yet.
My credit card number was - 5305 6* *9 4485
And my registered email id is - shubho. [protected]@gmail.com

Please help me to resolve this issue and let me know what needs to be done so that i can keep using my credit card.

        Hello,

        My name is mohammed salim shaikh with axis bank bank account number *7687. I have received debit card in the month of feb and deducted rs 885 deducted on 29th 2020 of feb from my account but i never applied for that card. I called customer service and customer service agent asked me to visit the bank. I have visited my home branch which is in chembur near m ward and met employee sneha i have waited for along time and when i discussed the case she said she dont understand why it got deducted and ask me to call after 2 days since then i am chasing her but every time i got the answered that call me after 2 pm or system is not working and sometime internet is not working. I havent found professionalism in axis bank employee. Also today 3rd of april 2020 again 885 rs deducted on in the name of axis direct. I neither used nor applied for any kind of demat account. Axis bank doing fraud by cheating to their customer almost every month. I am limited income person and can not effort to loose money like this. Axis bank didnt think about the lockdown situation happening in india. I will request you to help refund my 1770 rs back.

              opened a demat account without my consent

                my amount got deducted from my bank account

                I have made a online transaction for recharging my airtel balance with rs 379 yesterday from my axis bank account. The transaction get failed and the amount get deducted from my bank account. I did this transaction yesterday at 12.30 am. Kindly see my refund status and process the refund as soon as possible. I am waiting eagerly to get the refund back. Kindly help me out!

                1st april was the due date to pay my credit card bill and i paid the bill on 1st of april. On 2nd april axis bank deduced 200 rs. From my linked saving bank account as brn-pymt-card charges.
                Stopping fooling people axis bank and refund my 200 rs. I’m attaching screenshots of the payment and deduction for information. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                BRN-PYMT-CARD charges were deducted on 2nd April but I made two transaction on the 1st of April 2020, which the Axis Bank Mobile App is showing on 2nd April 2020. The App is showing information wrongly and Bank is deducting money wrongfully from the account of customers.

                  Few months i had lost my credit card and i blocked it and tried to replace it with another card that had to be delivered to the specified address. However, i had not received any card by the specified date. I received a message that the card has been delivered but was not received by me. So i blocked that card also but still did not receive my card axis bank neo
                  Master card till date. But for each month, i have to pay up rs 2101 for what reason i don't know still. Why are they sending me a bill of rs 2101 for past 2 months for a card which i have still not received i still don't know.

                    There was a charge on my account 5, 599.55 on 5th of march 2020
                    I called axis costumer service asking for what it’s been charged he said there is a transaction overdue on your account for the puchase made in vedic village resort. I told him since two months my account was in negative and from 1st i started to deposit cash in my account and as soon i deposit funds in my account negative balance of more than 8500 was deducted instantly which was including that 5, 599.55 so i told him it’s been charged twice he checked and said it’s on lien you will get this fund credited i. Your account by 3rd saturday and today in 2nd april. I didn’t get the penny yet
                    Before lockdown they again charged my account more than 5000 as a consolidated charges i was shocked and then i didn’t had contact with anyone else i have sent mail to axis didn’t got any reply. What i don’t understand if i clear all my negative balance on 1st of march and then the was a charge of the same amount again and how come consolidated charges comes to more than 5000. I am very disappointed now because i need the funds now and everyone needs now a days because of lockdown. That is why i am posting here for help coz if i am not getting my money back i will definitely close my account after lockdown. Please help me in this

I have been told by 3rd Saturday that will be cleared but till now I have not got anything and I need money urgently and there was another consolidated charge of more than 5000 in my account again when I already cleared negative balance in my account I didn’t get that .                       Without my notice and giving proper guidelines on the usage of the card while applying, today they have deducted rs 1978.00 from my account as a means of brn card payment. I still do not have any idea of why this amount has been deducted from my account and on what basis will they deduct the amount from my account on whether it is on weekly basis or on a monthly basis.

                            The amount of 1699 was spent on my credit card on 5th March without my permission.
                            I called to customer care regarding this and my request was registered to cancel this plan with request no 60149805. I was informed that my request will be completed within 10 days.
                            Now it's more than 10 days and I don't want that plan and I will not be happy if that amount will get debited from my account.
                            Request you to do needful asap before amount gets debited and refund my amount of 1699 on my credit card.

                            I am still looking for refund as per ur information I didn't get refund till now. I even tried to contact to cpp team thorough mail but of no use. If membership is cancelled on 1st April I should have been refunded and its 28th April and still I didn't get refund. I am trying to resolve this matter from March.                                 blocked my salary account with lien amount.

                                My salary account is with the Axis Bank and since I had 2-3 days delay in credit card, they have frozen my account with lien amount and now my entire salary and other available amount present in that account is blocked.
                                I have been trying to call the customer care number multiple times but there is no response from it either.
                                And the executive who I spoke to him is very rude and impolite. He doesn't even care what he says or...
