[Resolved] Axis Bank — Opened Demat account without my consent | |
In 2017, I opened Saving account in AXIS bank but without my consent they opened Demat account. I was not knowing that they have opened any demat account along with my saving account. After 4 years they deducted approx 735 rs as per demat account charge. When I called to axis direct they are saying they are not going to close my demat account and not going to refund money. Its a fraud because they have deducted money after 4 years and now they are saying account opened in 2017 only. They have opened my account with fake gmail ID. They have created fake gmail ID for me.
