On 4th Feb 2024. I had tried to make a transaction of rs.900.00, it was declined thrice and i opened the axis bank mobile app for checking limit and unbilled transactions but in the unbilled transactions i had seen an OVER LIMIT CHARGE fee plus GST, before this transaction i had made a transaction on 1st February 2024 night of rs.918.5 and i received spent transaction message on 2nd February morning. In the message from axis bank stating that i had an available limit of 4689.75. As i had a sufficient balance for the transaction of rs.900, the transaction was declined and overlimit fee charged.
I haven't given any consent for the overlimit, if i use beyond the limit then the transaction has to decline but the transaction made on 1st of February was successful and charged overlimit fee. I had a chat with your executive, and they are saying i had made a consent in December month and i told them i haven't made a consent. Later they said, "As a valuable customer we had activated the overlimit to you". As per RBI without my consent how did you activated the overlimit and how will you charge without any intimation of limit usage.
