Hi Sir,

My name is Chavvakula Vinay and i had ordered an iphone of Rs. 49, 999 in Amazon on 13/01/2024 and cancelled the product due to personal reasons on 13/01/2024.
And refund was initiated by amazon on same day i.e., 13/01/2024 and initiated the refund to my card but still i didnt get the money. Amazon said it will take 5days to credit the amount but it was still not credited. Today i.e, on 18/01/2024 when i checked the amazon account they provided me the RRN(Refund Reference Number) - 74766514014401558892348 to check with bank but they are not able to provide any status. My card number is [protected]

Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent

        Hello,

        I Manish negi have a savings account with Axis Bank. I had an ongoing personal loan with Axis Bank. On the 5th of each month, ecs are debited from the Axis account using EMI. Then I also got a message from the bank that my EMI rebounded. And they charged me a check bouncing penalty at rs 400/-. When a bank representative was asked, they replied that the ECS mandate was put up for clearing early in the morning this time, so it was rejected as I didn't have enough at the time, and on the second clearing it was credited to my credit account. Every time they issue the ECS mandate in the evening, this time they send the ECS clearing in the early morning. Since I have a savings account with Axis Bank, I usually deposit money the day before or the same day to avoid uncertain deductions from the minimum balance due. since I don't want my emi to jump.
        You received the payment there on the same day. but i have to bear the bounce fees and from 2 months i am facing this because of the bank and even it will bounce in my cibil score check which is actually not the case. My maturity has never been pending in my financial history, but it won't be the same now. I would have willingly paid the fees and accepted my Cibil refund and today on 1st January you guys have debited 295 for the si loan repayment. I am so frustrated that i will lend son loan from other bank and repay the frauds like Axis there is no value for the customer and in this bank all they want is To deduct money that’s it

          Axis Bank Charged (SI fail chrg loan repayment+GST/9852477) even emi was deducted on same day

          I taken personal loan from axis bank, my automatic deduct date was 10th of every month. this month i charged 293.99 for Si fail Chrg loan repayment
          but amount deducted in time only. no delay in the payment of November month, but they taken amount from my account....

              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning my account with Axis Bank on 22.10.2023, an amount of Rs. 11146.96 was deducted from my account under the category of Cash transaction charges.
              I have made numerous attempts, both in writing and verbally, to communicate with the bank, requesting a refund of the deducted amount. However, to my disappointment, no action has been taken thus far.
              I kindly urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to refund the deducted amount to my account.

                  I did a UPI transaction on 14th Aug 23 from my UPI ID

                  Amount got debited from my account but instead of crediting the same into account number :[protected]

                  the money got credited in wrong account as below :

                  I did similar transaction on 9-Aug-23 which was success. But how come
                  now the account number got changed all of sudden. I am waiting long to get this amount reversed in my account back.

                  Please help this solve immediately as Payee is asking same amount from me again and i have to go thru this truama again.

                    I have axis bank credit card of last digit4645. I missed payment of 126 rupees on my credit card in which axis bank charges me 590 for late fees again 690 debot interest again 590 overlimit on 2 november 2023. After that on 13 november again 590 for overlimit charges. I complain to customer care but they told me they can't reveres my charges. I useing my credit card from 11 month till now and never ask for reversal but this time for only 126 rupees they charges me 2000+ apprx rupees in my credit card. There sernior team is not contact me. They told me if i pay full amount of my card then reverse the whole charges. Now i pay full amount of my credit card limit but now they told no reversal offer on my credit card. Kindly reveres my charges.

                        Huge charges levied on non activated credit card.
                        Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        The card behaves like an add on and there is no extra credit limit. The bank claims it is not an add on card. Strange. Even though it is not activated, they keep sending bills, but won't communicate or try to resolve in their chat app, or through emails. I am considering filing a criminal suit against the Bank. As per the RBI rules, if the credit card is not activated within 37 days, no charges can be levied and the card automatically gets closed. The reminders keep coming through another scammer co. "clear my dues"

                              Respected sir/ma'am,

                              My transaction amount is Rs.1485 and this amount is unauthorized and not done by me and also I have registered this complaint to axis bank and cybercrime also. So, kindly check the transaction and try to stop it and kindly send the details and do the needful. And also shared me update as soon as possible.

                              I have received a call from Axis Bank Executive regarding credit card reward points and EMI conversion the executive name was Ishita so after that she asked me to open the mobile application and told me to follow the instructions as she said after that she provided me a website URL for collecting reward points (www.rewardscart.org) and she was guiding for EMI conversion as well but when i was feeling doubt on her I disconnected the call. I hadn't received any msg from her side for transaction but last night I was checking my EMI status then I saw that these three unauthorized transactions had done so I had called to Axis Customer Care to block my credit card and stop these transactions and also I had called on 1930 to report for the same. I had received the call from [protected](ISHITA) for this fraudulent.

                              I am a housewife and my financial conditions are not good.

The transactions disputed by customer are secured two factor authenticated transactions done using PIN/OTP. As per RBI guidelines, the card & OTP related information is confidential information which is not supposed to be shared with anyone else. Hence, the dispute has been closed under customer liability.                                 While making examination fee of Rs.1954.72 to the CBSE 12th Exam through CBSE Portal on 05/10/2023. I made the payment vide ref.no.NBSM/32703375/TECHPROCESS SOLUTIONS LTD same was delayed to ensure confirmation of payment. I tried once again for the transaction vide ref.no.NBSM/32705299/TECHPROCESS SOLUTIONS LTD Rs.1954.72 was debited from savings account no. [protected]. Thereafter, one payment was confirmed on 06/10/2023 from the CBSE Portal and other additionally debited amount of Rs.1954.72 was not credited back to my savings account after lapse of twenty days. Therefore, I request your goodselves make the necessary arrangement to remit back my amount to savings account at earliest. Failing which I will elevate this complaint to apporpriate forum. Kindly do the needful.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  After waiting for a week almost request you to please let me know why the chargeback amount has not been settled on my card ending 7286 of two transactions of Rs 7516.10 . Is the customer will bare all the coming bill payments. I am seeing some negligence in following guidelines chargeback request raised on 13th Oct 2023. Else I need a written confirmation from bank that the disputed amount will be refunded before my coming billing date that is 18th Nov 2023. This mail has been sent by checking and following up with customer support 1st Level POC from 13th Oct 2023. Please note that all the conversations are properly getting documented so if my dispute will not get resolved within the mentioned 120 days period. I shall go ahead and present it to the Axis Bank Ombudsman Team for further process and prompt update should be given by customer support or by high level team. Negligence on these kind of transactions which are reported earlier by customer end and delayed response by Bank with not proper guidelines followed in proceeding for Chargeback request. Please do understand the importance of time, money and trust i as a customer have on the bank. Please get this issue fixed by following all proper guidelines indicate to be fulfilled after raising a chargeback request. Till today i have not got the temporary credit, neither the confirmation that by this date my refund will get reflected on my mentioned card 7286. Waiting for your prompt response.

                                    I called many times axis Bank customer care and Flipkart customer care. Too much third class service. Last time they said wait for 45 days, some times said server is down, now they said on 16 April they sent gift voucher then I said, I not received sent it again. I not received on MSG or email. Telling a lie and not taking my complaint just wasting my time.

                                      Axis Bank Cibil Masking Charge Scam

                                      I am writing the issue related to the Sacm running by Axis Bank in the name of CIBIL masking charge and want to complain for this.

                                      I had axis Bank credit long back, due to financial crisis I defaulted of outstanding amount Rs 92167/- and same has been reported by Axis Bank to CIBIl as wilful default.

                                      Subsequently I paid entire outstanding amount by Rs 92167/-on date 26/06/2021 at Cust id[protected] after confirmation...
