[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Overdraft account closure

Sir / madam, I need assistance or need this escalated to next level. Some serious confusion with your end. I visited the loan center and they said overdraft cannot be closed here I visited loan center in nanjundapuram and I met Mr Sadik, he directed me to go to laxmi mills branch, I visited laxmi mill brach Coimbatore and met Mr Surender who was the executive gave us form for overdraft account closure. We filled it and he said over draft account will be closed in 24hrs on 15th March 2021. We have spent for cab going to loan center then to the branch risking ourself in covid and spending money but you people are saying no closure request was sent. kindly escalate this issue else tell me whom should I write the complaint. Kindly take this as a complaint.
