Axis Bank — payment debited from account but not credited in payee account

I am reddappa k n a salary account holder in axis bank hsr l/0 branch, bangalore, having my account number as [protected]. On 05th of december 2017 i have transferred rs 12, 005.00/- to my friend muniraja. K saving account in pragathi krishna gramin bank, ifsc code:cnrb000pgb1 having account number[protected]. But till date he has not received the.
When i check in my account statement, found amount has been debited, but payee not received amount.
I have verified payee account pass book amount not received. Till date.
I have lodge the compliant tool free/ visited nearest branch no helped me.
Complaint number[protected]
When i checked through net baking transaction status found the status is suspect.
Privies transactions also pending please release all amount immediately

Kindly look into this matter. And make sure that i receive my money back as soon as possible
