[Resolved] Axis Bank — Pension arrears not received after revised PPO | |||
I have a pension account No. [protected] in Axis Bank, Vasundhra Branch since 2015. My pension was revised from 01.01.2016 by JD CDA (Air Force New) AFCAO, Subroto Park, New Delhi. The pension arrears have already been paid to other retirees after revision. Previously also I have given a written complaint to the Axis Bank, Branch in the month of Nov 2020 but I have not received any update or solution to date. I wrote to DAV, Subroto Park for the same issue. DAV has clearly mentioned in their reply to contact the Bank for the resolution. The pension account was initially opened in the year 2012 at Bank of Baroda, Vasundhra but due to inferior services, it was transferred to Axis Bank in 2015. All the requisite information has already been updated for the earliest solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved To date, nothing has been done. No resolution has been provided to date. If it is resolved then to which account the arrears have been paid off. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
