[Resolved]  Axis Bank — personal loan & credit card showing still active in cibil report

Hi team,
It was a very bad experience with axis bank i never experience such a worst experience with axis bank. I have closed my personal loan and credit card in axis bank very long back have spoken with customer executives for many times to close card and loan. Even complaint[protected] also created long back but still no response from them. Kindly help me to close my personal loan and axis bank credit card from cibil website and other websites like bank bazaar, paisa bazaar etc i am attaching no due certificates for both loan and credit card.
Loan no due certificate pdf file password is "vina1011"
