[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Pf settlement of ex employee

I am an ex employee of Axis Bank in the name of Saumya Rikhi (emp ID-127601). I was discharged from my duties on 24.01.2022. I had submitted a request for linking my Aadhar to my UAN and correction of name from Saumya Rikhi to Saumya Khetarpal to Axis Bank CO Mumbai and the same was forwarded by them to EPFO Bandra on 09.02.2022. The same has not been updated by them till date and I am continuously getting reminders from Axis Bank HR team to settle my PF by transferring it to my current employer or withdrawing the same. On one hand Axis Bank is not updating my request due to which I am unable to login my member home portal and on the other hand they are pressuring me on a daily basis to settle my PF. Ideally it is the duty of Axis Bank to get my request updated from EPFO on priority. Kindly update the same at the earliest.
