[Resolved] Axis Bank — Query regarding credit card

I had been issued with an axis bank credit card in 2007 which was subsequently lost in transit. I just want to know the status of my credit card, whether it still open or closed or any payment is still pending against the credit card. it is therefore requested please update be intimated to the below mentioned email. please help me out
