Axis Bank — Re: Axis bank UTIB0000000 payment

I have made merchant payment via UPI from my bank of Barod account and money hasn't been credited to merchant as the merchant has closed his upi account. I got the details from my bank that money has been credited to some axis bank account.

Ifsc CODE UTIB0000000
SO it's my humble request to you to refund my money into my bank of Baroda account

Have you got any solution, since I am facing same problem and running from bank to bank since last 1 month, axis bank employee are not at all helpfull, if anyone has got the solution for same problem, plz help and reply what steps to follow for refund process

I myself Patel Rameshbhai Bhikhabhai complained with reference number 3391395 regarding refund . I transferred the amount of 4400/- on 9/12/2022 to Pankaj enterprise. But the recipient has not got the amount because he has closed his old upi id and my transferred amount is in some axis bank which I knew from my bank. The ifsc is UTIB0000000 .The recipient can't get money as his old upi id is closed. So I request you to refund my money into my bank account so that I can pay from my account again to Pankaj enterprise. This is my thirdtime complaint to you..My contact number is [protected]

I got the details from my bank and amount was deposited into some AXIS BANK ACCOUNT

Hai sir, I about to pay the amount ₹4150 to the gpay phone number [protected], but it was shown 2 accounts under this phone number so I chosen one of the account named called "NAGULA ENTERPRISES" and initiated the transfer of ₹4150, it was successfully sent. After checking with the person of phone number [protected] yuvaraj ([protected]@okicici) is not received the amount. So I cross checked the transaction details in gpay, the "NAGULA ENTERPRISES (gpay-[protected]@okbizaxis)" is not his account. So I immediately contacted the gpay customer care they responded as "we can't do anything about this", so we are helpless now. So I cross checked the transaction details in gpay, the "FIVE STAT FOOTWEAR(gpay-[protected]@okibzaxis)" is not his account. So I immediately contacted the gpay customer care they responded as "we can't do anything about this", so we are helpless now. Please help us to get refund of this amount ₹500 from the "FIVE STAT FOOTWEAR",
