Dear sir / madam,

I have lodged my request for cancellation of max-life insurance policy number 60422368 and all requested / mandatory forms has been submitted to axis bank main branch in attention of my relationship manager mr. Bhavin patel on 9th october 2018.

After a week. I got confirmation from max-life through system generated email saying that my request for cancellation will be processed within 7-10 days. First email from max-life received on 16th october, 2nd email on 23 october and 3rd email on 1st november repeating the same, that your request will be processed within 7-10 days. It is apparent from above that they doesn't want to release my fund and trying to buying more and more time.

Apart from above, have sent many emails to axis bank, but all in vain. No one bother to response to my email.

Please help me to get my fund credited to my linked bank account at the earliest.

Dear Mr. Bhavin,

Please find below email received from MaxLife. Can you please explain me, why am Still receiving this email from MaxLife regarding confirmation of Registration? Because I have already requested for Cancellation of Max Life Proposal No.[protected] vide my email dated 20th September 2018, and you responded that it will be cancelled and fund will be credited back to my account by end of September 2018. Today we are on 7th October 2018, why?

Please make sure that my fund will be credited within day or two or else ready to face for further legal action.

Please respond to my above email to avoid any unnecessary situation.

Dear Mr. Bhavin,

Further to my last email dated 09 October 2018, whereas I had submitted all the requested documents to enable you to proceed with cancellation of my Max Life Policy Number 60422368. As of today there is no further development, except getting typical useless message from Max Life saying "This is with reference to your request for Surrender of Policy for policy number[protected]. We acknowledge the receipt of your request. It will take 7-10 working days to process your request. The status of the service request would be shared with you at the earliest" as per attached emails dated 16 October, 23 October and 01 November 2018 (3 messages in row at an interval of 1 week and all are system generated). It is apparent from these emails that, they are trying not to release my fund in near future and want to buy more time as much as they can.

Please look into the matter and revert back to me with a concrete solution and don't forgot to acknowledge receipt of this mail.
