Booked ticket on irctc using pay debit card powered by axis bank, amount debited inr 1090.98 but irctc app showing payment pending from bank end, i enquired my bank and they conformed that money has debited in my account and i got a message also... So please back my refund

I have asked open a saving account by a employee from axis bank, i. G road chikmagalur, but i was not able maintain the average balance in account so have asked her to close my account and i have not received any kind of passbook, atm card but i always get messages regarding minimum balance charges and i have also filled the closing account so please solve this issue as soon as possible....

When i called customer care, customer executive told me the problem is dob not matching so i have to submit dob proof so i am attaching aadhar card as the proof. I don't have any other.. I had applied the new pan card for my sons animesh bisen and send dully filled application on 04/07/2018 to pan pdc incharge, indraprastha ho, new delhi (110002). I have not got the card yet and no information from your end. I have paid the fee as informed via website rs 107/ for this.

Thank you for your email. I really surprised the way you have replied to my queries. Though you said "understand my concern" you have not resolved the issue at all but you tried to convince me saying that the unnecessary deductions done from axis bank is correct. Which i dont understand at all.

I had applied for top-up from axis bank, (Loan dept) goregaon - west, branch on april 2018.
Mr. Ayush the sales person told me submit all the necessary documents for the loan procedure. I told him that "i do not have oc & society share certificate" but still he said that you will get topup without submitting these documents.
Regarding the topup it got declined on 12th may 2018 & mr. Ayush gave me sanction letter for bt on 16th...

I am vipul today some strange thing happened inr 4100 is deducted from my axis account. I have not done any transaction, why this amount is get deducted from my account. Is it some kind of glitch from your side. There is some message coming from info: pur/google *nguyen van ngh/[protected]/google *nguyen van ngh/seq.
Please check this issue otherwise i will need to close my account at axis for this such type of mistake...

I have a credit card with axis bank, i requested for extension due to job loss and it was denied, i transferred money to my axis bank account so i can pay my dues
Credit card team marked a lien of my entire credit card outstanding on my savings account thus stopping me from using my savings account

I spoke to the collection team and paid the minimum due so the lien can be removed...
