1 month back I have opened an account in Axis bank, Whenever I tried to login to my account, I am getting an error message like " LOGIN ERROR, TRY AFTER SOME TIME". During this one month period I have tried to login on daily not only in one system and even mobile App also. with in this period I can strongly say, hardly I logged four times. Really I don't know when will be this netbanking login issue resolve.

I am handling 3 accounts in different banks but I never faced Netbanking login issues and have self satisfaction to process online transactions freely, why not with Axis bank?

    I have addressed the email to circlenodalofficer. [protected]@axisbank.com bring to their attention that inspite of paying the one time settlement amount of rs 20000/-offered by axis bank officials on 14/08/2018 towards final closure of my credit card, the bank has failed to issue the settlement letter to me even after 2 months time from the date of payment towards final settlement.

    It is once again submitted before you that i have paid the said settlement amount only based on the promise and assurance from bank officials that a final settlement letter will be issued to me immediately on receipt of my payment.

    This one time settlement amount rs 20000/-is paid by me with the support of my friends and family member under great difficulty and financial crisis.

    Thus, the delay from the axis bank in issuing the one time settlement closure letter is causing me a great loss and hardship to me day by day.

    Hence, i once again request your good self to do the needful and instruct the concerned bank officials for the issuance of one time settlement letter to me at the earliest. Anticipating a positive and an early reply from bank.

      Dear mam,
      I had receive a call mr. Saurav regarding my credit card statement payment. And he was say my full and final amount is 99086 rs. And he sent me a statement on my mail[protected]. And i pay my all amount[protected].

      But now i received again a statement for payment. Why i pay more money after my full and final payment. Kindly solve this query and reversal my amount or wave it.
      I had call many time axis bank customer care but they are not receiving and accepting my wave request.

        Axis bank i am too much disappointed with your executive and your team leader mr. Sanjay yadav of car loan department from jodhpur i m trying to apply car loan from this bank as i have already a car loan (Paying installment regularly), a saving cum salary account, a credit card, some fd and also i have a pre approved car loan from your system so i got a call on 29th oct from your executive mr. Rajendra singh from jodhpur same i request him on 30th oct to collect documents to process the car loan but he told me that his father in law is passed away so he could not collect documents then i called him on 31st but he told me that he cannot come so you can ask any other executives for loan then i have visited maruti showroom and i saw your executive rajendra singh was there its mean he was lying so i decide to apply loan from another bank but as i mentioned i have fully trust on axis bank so i have visited to your bank & where i got a mobile number of another executive and after the discussion he told me that his team leader refused to collect documents because earlier i had contacted any other executive of axis bank
        What the mean how can your team leader behave like this, has the bank taught them this
        After the worst experience ever i have decided to apply car loan from another bank also i'll move my all account permanently to another bank for services

        After the chat discussion of your care officer Mr. Avinash I told him that I have a pre approved car loan lead ID[protected] then he assure me that soon bank executive will contact you to collect document as I request him that please ask him to act fast as I have to purchase car on the special festival of Deepawali but till time no action further

          I have applied for a credit card with axis bank, the executive came to my place has mentioned my email id and mobile no, wrong in my credit card. So, when the first bill generated i wasn't aware of my bill.. I wasn't aware about the amount which i have to pay. I have tried contacting the branch also but couldn't got any response then i tried taking chennai team to update my email id and mobile no and after frequent follow ups, i have successfully changed that but when i tried to pay my bill, the bill amount was exceeded and it got piled up just because of so many penalties for delay payment which i haven't delayed intentionally, because of the fault of customer care executives of axis bank, i am forced to pay hefty amount of my hard earned money... Since july this issue is pending but i have not got any satisfactory solution.

            Hi

            Recently i have applied a personal loan in axis bank and it got apporved after tht i have signed agreement and submitted 6 cheque’s

            Later receievd a msg tht amount got credited, but i didn’t received any amount in my saving account.

            Axis bank customer care number is not connecting

            Congratulations! Your personal loan has been disbursed on 01-11-18 with loan a/c no. Ppr[protected] for rs.100000/- at 12.49% p. A. For 12 months. Your first emi of rs.8908 will be due on 10-11-18.

            I don’t know where they credited amount

              I (Rahul keloth) having account in axis bank, j. P. Nagar branch, bangalore, karnataka.
              I have made imps transaction today (2 november 2018) for the amount 11500 rs from my axis account to tamilnad mercantile bank limited, tondiarpet branch, tamil nadu.

              The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

              I have checked in transaction status. It is showing status as suspect
              We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                Sir I have recieved a lot of calls from your customer care about car loan and they offered me 9.5% rate of interest.after that I applied my concerned axis branch brank for my car loan and their executive assured me that they will give me 9.5 rate of interest.and I accordingly fullfill All my formalities which I have been told by concern bank.but it is very much disgusting that at the time of disburse ment of my loan amount I have been told that your rate of interest is 11.15.%.even though I was your priority account holder from last one year but still I have been cheated by the concerned bank executives.i am now totally disappointed with the services of axis bank and the fraud played with me.
                So I am writing here a complaint against the said branch executives and action may be take and according ly my greviance may be redressed as soon as possible.the details of concerned branch and other things are mentioned below.

                  The bank has deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                  I paid the 48675 bill on 1/11/2018, 2.19pm
                  Later 5068 amount was debited because of late payment on 1/11/2018, 4:04pm

                          I applied agri loan on 22oct. Logged in on same date.
                          23rd i received phone verification. 24th i got field inspection.
                          25th i suddenly received a letter that loan rejected and decided by 22nd itself.
                          But no executive is aware and everyone says they did not cancel my loan on 22nd.
                          When i asked for cibil report which is the reason for rejection. They give me an old report which has lesser score.
                          The manager has purposely cancelled. I have strong evidence that he coerced with icici manager to divert my loan for their target.
                          Im going to file case on the court legally.
                          I want to inform axis bank higher officials to look into it.

                                  I am a student and got a new axis a card a year ago. One day i received a call and then they started a service and debited some amount. I didn't understood it then. But then this month again they debited rs 1899 for that service which i don't want. I want to deactivate that service and want refund. I couldn't understand what was this at that time but i can't bear any such losses. I would be highly obliged to you for resolving my matter. Thank you.

                                    I had taken loan against credit card and after paying EMIs for more than a year decided to pre-close the loan. I paid the Entire outstanding amount for pre closure and clearly mentioned the same to axis bank branch representative. Last month received a call against non payment of EMI??!!!
                                    The bank used my preclosure amount to deduct EMIs from it... I mean who the heck will pay the outstanding amount to deduct EMIs from??!
                                    Even a non banking, non graduate can talk sense.
                                    And now the representatives blame back on me that I wasn't clear while submitting the amount. N now the manager even refuses to solve it. And I'm force to pay EMIs for another entire year. Seriously guys if you don't believe in customer satisfaction policy, please update your tag line 'badhati ka naam interest'.

                                      I’m a sb holder of axis bank pandri branch.
                                      On 30/09/2018, time 12:27, i tried to withdraw an amount of ₹5000 from andhara bank punducherry using my axis bank debit card.
                                      The atm machine did not dispense cash or any receipt of the transaction and it displayed a message on the screen “temporarily unable to process your request”. But i received a notification on my registered mobile number that amount of ₹5000 has been deducted. I immediately contacted then toll free customer services but it was in vain as the machine kept on forwarding my calls. As it was a sunday, i could not visit the nearest branch as it was closed.
                                      Now i have reported and filed a complaint twice regarding this matter but the staff at axis bank are unable to help me cause it seems that andhra bank has rejected my request.
                                      Now i’m helpless, dejected and disappointed. I have kept on pressing the matter for a month now. So i request to kindly pay attention to my request and guide me in the right direction.

                                        Every month bank deducting more than 500 rupees from my account without any notification. this is ridicules.
