[Resolved]  Axis Bank — refund from irctc with transaction id " refund reference no:85215229177925163274980" can't come back in my account

My ticket against PNR Number: [protected] has been canceled successfully as per my request on[protected]. And the refunded amount of Rs. 1235 has refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 1235.0 has been processed from the IRCTC. But, I didn't get my money back in my account from the bank. Even, there is no toll-free numbers or email is available to contact with c.care of Axis bank. The c.care number is provided by the axis bank, never connect.
