I have done a transaction to buy Air Ticket through Make My Trip. MMT was supposed to refund 1500/-, which they did on 9th of Feb, 2017. But it has not been credited to my account which is with your bank at Morvi - 363641, Gujarat.

I am providing a temporary credit on your savings account for the disputed amount and a request is already raised with reference number 29078221 for the dispute.

This is a part of mail from Customer Service Axis Bank on 23 Feb 2017 07:43:43. But nothing of that sort has been done..
