[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refund issue | |||||
Like mentioned by one of the axis bank customer already i faced the same issue. While i was booking my tickets through irctc my payment gateway page displayed that the transaction was failed yet the amount was deducted from my axis bank account. This incident dates back to 17 the march and even i am highly disappointed with the tat being 120 days. I had submitted a query too but even more disappointing is that there are no clear guidelines mentioned or stated anywhere regarding such issues. A lot of ambiguity prevails and even the customer care executives seems to be confused about the procedure. So firstly i was being told that i should wait for 15 days and then i called again within 15 days only to find out this time that a form needs to be duly filled. The experiences like these do makes me reflect about the sincerity of customer grievance forum. Looking forward to get a prompt response at the earliest possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
