[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refund of amount debited | |||
Dear Sir, I had tried to book two tickets from Ahmadabad JN (ADI) to Mumbai Central (BCT) dated on 13/02/2017, but due to some reason tickets were not booked and amount of total 643.04 Rs. was deducted from my axis bank savings account. still today I have not received my refund into my account, so it is my humble request to you to take necessary steps to refund the amount. For your reference I have attached the screen shot of failed transaction.
