Axis Bank — Refund Submitted by Amazon with RRN:[protected] not yet Credited | |
Dear sirs, Iam an account holder in your bank ac no: [protected]. My grievance is as follows: 1. Booked for a camera lens from Amazon on 01 Aug 2020 for a sum of Rs.16399/-, on 3 EMI's of Rs.5594/- each month. 2. The item has not been delivered till date. 3. I asked for a refund on 19 Oct 2020 and it was initiated on 21 Oct 2020 and was supposed to be credited by 25 Oct 2020. On further enquiry I was provided with an RRN number provided by the bank . The RRN[protected]. 4. On enquiring from the axis bank customer care, I was told that this RRN number was not found and that a confirmatory email from Amazon would be required. 5. It was a bit difficult to get this mail from amazon, but has been received now. 6. In the meanwhile the bank has recovered all the three EMI's from my account while the amount credited by amazon has not been credited till date to my account. 7. Below is the email confirmation from amazon that the amount has been forwarded to my account along with the RRN number received by them: Amazon Your Account Amazon.in Message From Customer Service Hello, I am writing to you about the refund of your order#[protected] for item [ITEM NAME]. I see that a refund was processed on 25 Oct Refund from Amazon Debit card Expected Credit on: 25 Oct 2020 + ₹16399 In case you do not receive the refund by the expected credit date, please contact the bank's customer care and mention the below RRN (Refund Reference Number).
