Axis Bank — Regarding Complaint on ABYB program scam.

I am C B Biradar, an ABYBP student of 15 batch of manipal academy BFSI, banglore (Karnataka).

I got posted in SOL ID 3394 Bijapur M G Road branch Karnataka, Where from day 1 I had to do cold calling, Atm feedback nearly 6 hours a day and no Operations work. And which was not mentioned anywhere in my joining/offer letter.

Before joining ABYBP program during my course they told your role will be CSO(Customer service officer) where there will be some cross selling, But when i got posted in branch the scenarios was totally different. Ony sales sales sales no importance for operation work,

Daily I got harrashed by Branch head who has no knowledge of operation, just he used to tell business business business, because he used to get pressure from higher management, then to manage that pressure he used to scold and harrash mentally, when i was in cash counter one day cash counting machine was not working properly, so I told to Branch head, suddenly with frustration he replied me like you are not doing business so count with your hand and tally it this is the punishment for you, that to nearlly 40-60 lakh rupees (daily collection in our branch)

I have paid 388464 Rupees for the selling insurance? And to get mental harrashment? I must have rather joined as a sales officer.
Axis bank has wasted my 18 months and nearly 4 lakh rupees.

I am having this fraud loan burden on my head now, and I am being left with no other option then to file a suit in consumer court and ombudsman. I am going to file a complaint to the RBI.

When one of my colleague filled the form the website of axis bank had written as to cross sale, now it is updated as sales is the major part. If you were not doing fraud, then why you have updated it?

I request you not to play with the life of the young aspirants, due to this many have planned to do suiside also, please end this ABYB Program and i want my 4 lakh rupees loan amount back.
