[Resolved]  Axis Bank — regarding consolidated charges reversal

Dear sir

I would like to inform you that i islamuddin, am a customer of the axis bank branch mg marg,
Lucknow and that i have a saving account the number [protected]. My account has been deducted rs-3168+gst for consolidated charges. But this is my salary account and no such should have been deducted from my account.
And also informing you that i am join a new job from month oct-18 and i want to use this account as salary account. Due to the festival of diwali, i received the salary of october in cash. But my november month salary will come in my axis bank account.
So i request you kindly refund my amount that has been deducted from my account.
I would be truly grateful if this request is accepted.

I am using axis account for the past few years, As i am not interested on the service provided from bank, i request to close my account. account ending with 6582.

note: reason for closing the account, I am getting several calls axis to buy their useless products. ...

Bank transection is not started from my account after 1 month to open account. Bank manager and other staff is not interested to solve this problem. So i'm very sad to goto bank again and again ..and angry too.if my problem is not solve then I close my account permanently in your bank. ...thank you
