[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Regarding Credit Card Merge

I am using Flipkart Axis Credit Card for over 8 months. Recently I got another credit card from axis bank named Axis Neo Credit Card suddenly the problem appears. Now I can't able to use both of the cards. I tried to contact axis customer care there are no proper response.

Today[protected] I received a call from axis bank regarding new card experience and onboarding, I raised this query to the person I spoke. As he told me he can't able to help with that issue and this issue might happen due to the card merge. I am still don't know what to do.

There are no proper customer care options to raise my query. I found this is the platform to share my issue so that my issue can be solved asap.
