Axis Bank — Regarding my termination

Dear sir

I was working in axis bank for the last four years, and I have also done MDRT in last last year, last month in DEC, I got a visa of the United Kingdom, and I told everyone about it HR department and cluster heads, they said you after reaching the united kingdom, you put your resignation in system, then we will provide your experience letter in 2 working days, but now Hr department and head cluster is saying, bank is changed their rules from 1 January and every employee have to serve 90 days after resignation, but as per appointment letter which I signed during joining. In clause 3.4's point D there is a clear mention that an employee can get relieving without a severe notice period but spend their 3 months basic salary, am ready to pay, but now Hr and cluster head they are totally refused my points . So please help to provide my experience letter.
