Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/31.01.23/JUBILEE HILLS FILL. .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of service charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

    I have a complaint related to Loans specific to Personal Loans for which I have an issue with Preclosure and Part Payments. My Axis personal loan account no is PPR[protected].

    Recently I had done a part payment of 11 lakhs in Chennai, Medavakkam branch towards the above said loan and as advised by the branch person, Visited Tambaram loan center on 30012023 to enquire about the revised EMI and tenure details.

    The bank official told me that the paid part payment is currently in unadjusted state and If I foreclose the loan after the 13 EMIs paid, there wonโ€™t be any charges. So, I decided to foreclose the loan and asked them to reverse the paid amount 11 lakhs to my loan repayment account.

    I have been asked to write a letter to send back the money to loan repayment account and I will foreclose next month. Kindly find the copy of the letter submitted in load center for your reference.

    But to my surprise, I got call and SMS that paid amount is adjusted towards the loan without my knowledge. This is not agreed. I need my money back. Need all your help.

      Without my permission some amount is getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/29/1/23... .This is a salary account and what is the benefit o[censored]sing this account for transaction, why you people are charge me for G pay based transactions. you are already charging a lot of service charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc.It is a hard earn money i dont want to give up single penny out of it for your mistakes. Please refund back my money at the earliest.

        The worst bank I've ever opened. My account Axis Bank they deduct consolidation charges and gst first in December and now in January. After saveral complaints and calls no resolution from their side. I'm done with this bank and never suggested it for anyone.

            Money deducted from my axis bank debit card

            Hello there

            I Received SMS from AXIS BANK that RS-1399/- has been deducted from my debit card for ONE ASSIST SERVICES without my permission. I didnt get any mail from one assist ever regarding any service nor have i added my bank details there. This type o[censored]se of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

            Please deactivate my service or whatsoever and refund my money ASAP
            date of incident : 17:41hrs....

            I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a loan bill of amount Rs.200000

            This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

            I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

            I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

            Please know that I have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

              We have not received our online banking for more than two months gone. All time new date with a new excuse. No one has responsibility they were happy in opening the account but did not serve customers.

                      This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on October 15th, 2022of Rs. 21000 via Google pay & transaction ID[protected]
                      The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (Union bank of india) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 21000 with my other card.

                      After so many follow-ups with the Union bank of india bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                      Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
                      Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000

                      After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.

                      Please help me in getting my money back into my Union bank of india bank account.

                      The transaction details have been attached for your reference.

                          I opened Salary account in Axis bank on November 2nd 2022 in JP Nagar branch of Bangalore. I got message that I will receive welcome kit on 7th but I didn't get any call. I was able to do online transactions without any issues and also because of my work, I wasn't able to track my welcome kit. 2 months has been completed but still I haven't received any information regarding my welcome kit. How to approach and get my Welcome Kit? Thank you

                            Huge amount has cut for consolidated charges without my concern

                            This axis bank has betrayed me. Last month December 2022 I have withdrawn money myself. The concern person didn’t tell me about any consolidated charges otherwise I would have used my bike and go to home branch with 10 min distance. Today 25th January 2023 without informing me, bank has taken Rs 9000 plus Rs 1620 has gst charges. Total Rs 10620. I am maintaining this as minimum balance till I join the ship again. Please refund my money...

                            Pl.. be informed that I have submitted KYC through app. on 31th dec.2022, but as off today nothing has been done & my a/c . has been under restriction .                                   I would like to inform you that on date 25/12/2022, at 12:11:53 hrs and 12:15:39 hrs, there were two transactions of 99999/- and 62000/- respectively through my axis bank account done by a scammer who had the remote access of my phone.

                                  All two transactions were happened by a fraud person to amazon pay india private.

                                  The transactions ids are

                                  99999/- ( INB/[protected] Amazon pay india privatet

                                  62000/- (INB/[protected] Amazon pay india privatet

                                  I already reported on cybercrime cell.

                                  Acknowledgement no. [protected] .

                                  The first transaction of Rs 99999/- was showing in my amazon transaction history and it was cancelled by amazon by showing an unauthorized transaction and showing the refund was expected on 30 Dec 2022, but it is still not credited in my account.

                                  Amazon has generated a refund reference number #[protected].

                                  I have attached the email screenshot of refund reference number.
