Before 31st of December'16 my account is on -ve balance(lien charges) of 16722 against the credit card payment and on 30th salary is credited in my account. So, the amount Rs. 16722 is automatically debited. But its not credited in my credit card. Its almost 2 months and still Axis bank doesn't resolve the query and 20/02 they put again lien amount of 1240 Rs....

On Feb 4 th 2017 I transferred 3 times fund to an other account, result transaction failure but money got debited from my account. Then 5 th Feb again transferred fund, result transaction failure and money got debited.and again on 7th Feb same transaction failure but money got debite. My brother transferred 5000 rs. To my college (Ms ramaiah university of applied sciences) axis bank account through neft on 23rd nov 2016, but he did not get any utr number or reference number for tracking.

From the last two months i could not able to download my credit card statement from axis bank website.

-after submitting details i got this message..
"no data has been returned for the mentioned details"

Customer care people just saying that, we are working on it. The are working on this issue from the last 2 months? Surprising or either fooling us....

Hi

I have axis bank credit card. Whenever i m trying to redeem my edge loyalty points(approx 17000 points i have) i m getting this error of not registering my email id with bank though my id is registered with bank in which i m regularly receiving all the mailers from bank. When i have tried calling bank they are saying its some technical glitch and it will get resolved in some time. I m waiting from past 2 months to resolve...

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 230716.
Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card.
The amount is debited from my account at 18/10/2016 and the date for that transaction showing is 23/07/2016 then why then charge so late?...

My credit card settlement letter is issued after the completion of the date .They have issued me a email for settlement letter which state payment should be done on or before 22 JUN 2016 that email is send on date 22 JUN 2016. at 1743. How You will pay the settlement amounts with wroung payment date .Moreover I suspect that knowingly they do it so that the settlement agreement is invalid. I have applied for Axis bank credit card after several follow up's from axis bank credit card sales team and after listening to them that my credit card is already approved as am holding a salary account relation with them.
