Hello team, I am a loyal custoner of your bank and i hold a savings, credir card and a personel loan of your bank. I have been charged ecs bounce charges on my account since jan 2021 and i have been paying the emi by cash. I had contacted mr home branch but the staff told me to pay the carges then only my account will be regularised. Kindly pay the same in order to regularize the account. Hence i am requesting to remove the extra charges. I will pay the amonts where my emi was bounced. As the account is in lien i paid the emi in cash on time. As i was unaware of there charges.
