The application has not been working in my phone from months. It shows me "Registration has been terminated. Please contact your nearest branch" Whenever I Call the axis support they always tell me that they will get back to me with a solution but they never call back & also they tell me to get back to the branch guys and the branch people tell me to call these customer care center.
I am from sikkim and i visited tadong branch and gangtok branch..but it has been a month no solution till date.Never expected this from axis bank.

Same for me..all of a sudden the application is showing your registration has been terminated like...since the account is salary account I don't have any other choice than continuing with axis bank..but won't prefer this account for any kind of investment or anything

Application is not working in my phone. Everytime it shows your account has been terminated. Whenever I call axis support everytime reply is your account is active now you can continue after this call. But after call whenever I try to login it says same message. Pathetic !!!
Guys please don't use any kind of services from axis bank. The axis bank mobile banking application has not been working in my phone from months. It shows me "Registration has been terminated. I was being told that the issue would be resolved in 5 working days on 01st Sep 2022 and its 27th Feb 2023 and till date neither has the issue been resolved and neither I ve got many call's from the axis bank team.
Never expected this from a bank like Axis. Will Close the account soon and they don't worried about their customers. "I will never recommend axis bank to my friends, relatives and everyone".
