Axis Bank — Registration has been terminated | |||||
The application has not been working in my phone from months. It shows me "Registration has been terminated. Please contact your nearest branch" Whenever I Call the axis support they always tell me that they will get back to me with a solution but they never call back & also they tell me to get back to the branch guys and the branch people tell me to call these customer care center. Complaint id : 21227742 I was being told that the issue would be resolved in 5 working days on 23rd March 2016 and its 23rd May 2016 and till date neither has the issue been resolved and neither Ive got any call from the axis bank team. Never expected this from a bank like Axis. Will Close the account soon and will also post this on all the sites not to open an account with the bank who is only professional while opening the account and having investment plans and later neglecting the customers. I am from sikkim and i visited tadong branch and gangtok branch..but it has been a month no solution till date.Never expected this from axis bank.

Application is not working in my phone. Everytime it shows your account has been terminated. Whenever I call axis support everytime reply is your account is active now you can continue after this call. But after call whenever I try to login it says same message. Pathetic !!!

Never expected this from a bank like Axis. Will Close the account soon and they don't worried about their customers. "I will never recommend axis bank to my friends, relatives and everyone".
